Slate roof restoration with new half-round copper gutters, hand-soldered seams and hidden hangers. A Back Bay project by Art Slate Roofing.
A Back Bay row house with sound 1898 slate and original lead-coated copper gutters that had failed at the seams. The field was salvageable; the gutters were not. We replaced them with new half-round bare copper on hidden hangers and re-flashed every chimney and dormer.
