A complete copper roof on a Greater Boston home, formed entirely on site. Every panel was cut, braked, and shaped to the actual roof geometry — no pre-fab, no shortcuts. The copper will patinate to a verdigris green over the next decade and outlast everything beneath it.

Seams locked & cleated
Vertical standing seams mechanically locked and cleated to the deck for wind uplift.
Horizontals hand-soldered
Horizontal seams hand-soldered with 50/50 solder for a permanent, watertight joint.
Details hand-formed
Chimney saddle, pipe collars, and batten-seam dormer caps each fabricated by hand.
