Roof leaking now?
Arturo answers the 24/7 line. We typically reach genuine emergencies in Greater Boston within 4 hours. Temporary tarping first, full scope second.
What to do before we arrive
A short checklist to contain damage and preserve the insurance record. Don’t fix anything permanently — just slow the damage and document. The first 90 minutes matter most.
Document first
Take photos of all exterior damage from every angle you can safely reach. Interior damage too — ceiling stains, fallen plaster, soaked floors. Time-stamped phone photos work.
Contain inside
Move furniture and valuables out from under the leak. Buckets, tarps, towels. Don’t try to dry the walls or replace ceiling material yet — the adjuster will want to see it.
Call us, then your carrier
Tarp first, claim second. We’ll secure the roof. You open a claim with your insurance carrier and note the adjuster’s contact. We provide documentation; you negotiate.
Don't sign anything
Storm chasers will knock within 24 hours. They will offer to “handle the insurance for you.” Don’t sign. Wait for a documented scope from a real local contractor.
Should I file a claim?
The Storm Damage Triage calculator triages your damage by type, age of roof, and material. It returns an honest priority: emergency repair, full reroof, or partial patch with insurance involvement.
